Returns
Returns: Any item may be returned at customer’s expense and within 14 days of despatch for exchange or refund provided it is unused, in 'as new' condition and in its original packing. An item returned for refund or exchange after the initial 14 day period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 30 days except by prior arrangement.
Claims for damage or shortages must be advised within 7 days of despatch and will be dealt with promptly.
