Terms and conditions for sale of goods from this site

Please ensure that you read and agree to these terms before purchasing goods from this site. By purchasing goods you automatically accept these terms and conditions.


Contract of Sale: Confirmation of receipt of your order will be emailed to you however no contract of sale exists between us until payment has been recieved by us.

Prices: All prices quoted are in sterling (UK pounds) and include VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated. Very rarely, we may be forced to increase a price and although we reserve the right to change our prices without notice, we would always make every effort to inform the customer of any such increase before goods were despatched.

VAT: V.A.T. is included in the prices shown. This will be deducted on supply of a VAT registration number for customers in the European Union.

Returns: Any item may be returned for exchange or refund for whatever reason provided it is returned unused and in an 'as new' condition and in its original packing within 14 days of despatch. An item returned for refund or exchange after the initial 14 day period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Otherwise claims for damage or shortages must be advised within 7 days of despatch and will be dealt with promptly.

Special Offers: All special offers are subject to availability and are only available at the time of ordering.

Privacy: We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties except where required in the processing of their order. In this case, the third party (Worldpay) will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Health & Safety: For your benefit we would remind you that certain items used in Fly Tying & Fishing may be poisonous or carcinogenic - so don't inhale them, put them in your mouth or put your fingers in your mouth etc. Wash your hands after use. Please use all sensible precautions when using any items purchased from our site and use them only for the purpose they were designed. (These warnings would probably apply to most items you buy in day to day life but better to be safe than sorry!)
