Arctic Fox is the equivalent of templedog but at a much more affordable price. It is very soft and lively. It is perfect for streamer style patterns. 2XL fur is approx 4-8cms long: 3XL approx 8-13cms.

This hair is fine and mobile - average length approx 9cms. It moves like Marabou but is much stronger and is recommended for use on the largest of hooks. Arctic Fox hair improves upon traditional marabou by staying bulky in water with a better, more life like movement. It makes a beautiful, long, soft hair wing on the largest Steelhead, Streamer, Cascade, Sea Trout and Salmon Lures. It can be used in both Freshwater and Saltwater Flies. Type of Fly fishing: Ideally suited to salmon fly fishing either with a floating or sunk line. But has great possibilities for the pike fly angler. A bunch of this hair with a bit of sparkle added would just be the thing

Nutria is becoming very popular in Europe. Nutria hairs are unique in that they are narrowest at the root. The hollow hairs are coarse but have an incredible pulsating movement in the water. Approx 2-7cms long, they are excellent for smaller clear water flies.

Ideal for smaller patterns. The very soft and lively hair gives you a life-like action in the water.

A traditional dubbing material - softer than hare

Dyed over natural Chinchilla rabbit to give the dyed colour with a dark flecked tip

This special breed of rabbit has hair that is soft, dense and undulates like crazy. Shorter than regular rabbit and with no guard hairs giving a silky smooth look and unreal movement. Two foot long strips are 2-2.5mm wide.

Finnish Raccoon is a premium fur for tube fly enthusiasts. Approx 5-10cms long, the hair is incredibly soft and lively. The guard hairs are perfectly straight and have lots of body. The underhair makes great dubbing. Whether your are tying tube flies for Salmon, Steelhead, Trout, or Bass, Eumer reckon Finn Raccoon is the best!
